I am from a large farm family who “homesteaded” land and lived mostly off the land. Both of my parents were excellent cooks and I began cooking at 6 years old. My passion for clean healthy food goes back to my childhood and my frustration with my Mom  (a nurse) “Healthyizing” everything is clearly over!  I am driven by the passion that food CAN taste good and be good for you!
