Spicy Roasted Broccoli.

I don’t really LOVE broccoli.. But I do NOW!

This one is super quick and easy and you will find yourself eating a lot more Broccoli. I love how healthy Broccoli is but I find it a bit boring. So this recipe really got me excited! It’s even good cold in a salad. 🙂

Take a gallon Ziploc Bag and add coarsely chopped chunks of broccoli. Add about 3 tbsp of Avocado oil. About 1 Tbsp each of lemon juice and Thai fish sauce as well as 2 tbsp of “Chunky Sriracha” (there’s a chunky one in a jar or the smooth one in the squeeze bottle … I like the chunky one for this). These amounts are approximate as I just squirt some of each into the bag…be more generous with the fish sauce than you think. It adds a ton of flavor.

Close up the bag, removing as much air as you can, and massage the ingredients into the Broccoli.

Pour it out into a baking dish where it is mostly one layer and bake at 400 for 20 mins.  Changed my relationship with Broccoli!!  ENJOY……spicy broccoli
